For Adults (Ages 14+) & Youth Division (Ages 10-14)
The Indoor Tri at The J is an inclusive event with swimming, biking, and running all under one roof. Races are limited in the number of participants in each division; limits are listed under divisions below.
The Indoor Tri is a great opportunity for new triathletes to experience first-hand what a triathlon is like and for seasoned triathletes to stay in shape during the winter months. Swim in our indoor pool, bike on stationary Keiser bikes, then run around the indoor track to complete one of three distances
Registration is open to everyone, but must be received on or before Friday, Feb. 6, 2026, to receive a shirt, and by Friday, Feb. 13, 2026, to participate.
Participants must be at least 14 years old for the Sprint or Super Sprint Divisions.
Youth Division participants must be between the ages of 10-14 years old.
