About this Event
Welcome! This is a 2-hr class at Soul Wellness. $35
Join us as we activate our chakras and ground into Gaia. You'll learn how to energize and balance your life-force energy through movements, visualization, and breathing. Unwind as Kieu-Linh plays cosmic sounds using singing bowls, and gently journey through hypnotic frequencies of alpha and theta waves.

What to Bring
Please bring a filled water bottle and light blanket for comfort. Yoga mats and pillows will be provided. Limited seating. Reserve your ticket prior to class.
