I am here to announce that the 35-Hour Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Your Way® LLC is now available in a way that meets you exactly where you are.
✨ Self-paced, online learning allows you to move through the foundational modules on your own time—integrating trauma-informed principles, inclusive language, nervous system awareness, and accessible asana into your personal and professional practice.
✨ Then, we come together in person this November (14 & 21 in Reno)—not just to learn, but to apply.
Together, we will:
• Practice mindfulness and regulation techniques in real time
• Explore how to hold safe, inclusive, and intentional spaces
• Receive personalized support and consultation
• Begin building (or refining) your own program to bring into your community
Since 2022, this training has supported over 150 graduates, who have gone on to serve thousands of individuals across Nevada—bringing trauma-informed care into studios, schools, clinical settings, and community spaces.
This training is for yoga teachers, mental and behavioral health professionals, educators, and anyone feeling called to lead with more awareness, care, and connection.
Because trauma-informed work isn’t about perfection.
It’s about presence.
It’s about choice.
It’s about creating spaces where people feel safe enough to come back to themselves.
