About this Event
Relentless pressure to demonstrate credibility, perform at peak levels, and meet high expectations while navigating the unique challenges of women’s leadership can limit advancement and effectiveness. Many women leaders encounter systemic patterns, unspoken dynamics, and organizational pressures that quietly undermine confidence, collaboration, and career progression.
The Women in Leadership: Break the Cycle Program is a two-day immersive workshop designed to identify these hidden barriers, replace unproductive leadership habits, and cultivate a culture of psychological safety, empowerment, and sustainable impact. Participants gain practical tools, actionable frameworks, and guided exercises to transform pressure into confidence, competition into collaboration, and stress into effective leadership practices.
Participants leave with a personalized action plan, self-assessments, and strategies to lead effectively while fostering high-performing, psychologically safe teams. Limited to 24 participants.
