Matt Charles from Sliding Lodge Performance Horses, has a strong focus in training and coaching, as well as, assisting to build a relationship with your equine partner to enhance your performance in any equine discipline.What to Expect?
Matt’s clinics teach riders about body control and improving your timing to create feel in your horse as well as methods and exercises to start or advance your horse in Reining manoeuvres.
Matt has trained with numerous International Reining trainers including $6million rider Shawn Flarida, Joe Schmidt and Rob Lawson.
About the Weekend Experience
Feel free to arrive Friday afternoon to set up camp in our "Ranch Camp". On the campsite we offer powered and non powered campsites.
The area consists over 2 acres of beautifully maintained garden which includes a horse shoe style ceremony area, rustic ranch style bathrooms and a fully equipped catering area.
The clinic guests will be split into two groups and get to ride a 2 hour training slot in the morning and 2 hour practice slot after lunch on both days.
Enjoy watching your fellow riders in our grand stands with a hot cup of coffee and a farm made pie from our bar.
