During this class, you will learn how to:

• Inspect all different types of residential roofs
• Identify the systems and components of roof systems
• Understand how the components of a roof system function and perform
• Describe defects observed at the roof system to clients
• Verify that the installation of the roof covering and underlayment follows common building practices or the general recommendations of most roof covering manufacturers
