2-Day Certified Residential Mold Inspector & Assessment Training

Dates: Two-day training, 8 AM to 5 PM.

This two-day training is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to inspect and assess mold in residential properties.

During this class, you will learn how to:

• Perform a mold inspection
• Describe different types of mold
• Explain health effects of mold exposure
• Perform mold sampling
• Interpret lab reports
• Recognize remediation efforts

Additional Topics Covered:

• Testing techniques for water quality
• Asbestos inspection
• Radon gas testing
• Lead-based paint testing
