Meditation: After enjoying the tea ceremony, we will meditate together in silence. This shared meditation will allow you to find stillness within and set the tone for the spiritual journey that follows.

Jyorei Spiritual Healing: Immerse yourself in the profound practice of Jyorei, a Japanese spiritual healing art that aims to channel divine light and promote spiritual harmony.
