1st event - meet & greet

welcome to our 1st event - @ the stable games room in Weston-Super-Mare!
Because it's our first event ever! We wanted to make as many feel welcome with a simple meet and greet introducing ourselves, breaking the ice, discussing our gaming stories over a coffee etc
Start time: 12pm in the afternoon
Table booking max is 8 but i'm sure we can squeeze more if needed and work that out and I can let them know ahead of time how many are offically coming.
So do confirm if you can asap about attending so I can confirm, process and book the table slot!
At the stables games room there is food and drink available at the bar for purchase!
Because theres a limited amount of table spaces, its just a enough to bring in your own card games, board games and small portable devices (DS, 3DS, PSP, Game Gear, Game Boys) But you don't necessarily have to bring anything in either as the venue does have a huge assortment of board/card games to choose from too!
Cant wait to see many of you there and don't worry i'm just as nervous and anxious but just as happy and excited to meet you all too!
