Sometimes the deepest wisdom arrives when we stop searching and simply begin to listen.
Join us for an afternoon of creativity, reflection and self-discovery as we explore the art of intuitive journalling. Through guided prompts, creative exercises and gentle reflection, you'll create beautiful journals from a base, and decorate them, including some pages whilst reconnecting with your thoughts, feelings and inner voice.
No artistic experience is needed. This workshop is about expression, not perfection.
