Yoga Chaats - food for the soul, fire for the spiritA morning of yoga, deep rest, and bold plant-based Indian street food.
This isn’t about getting the poses perfect.
It’s about showing up, taking a breath, and giving yourself space to slow down.
We’ll begin with a steady Hatha yoga practice to wake up the body and loosen the edges of the week.
Then we move into Yoga Nidra - a guided rest where you can completely switch off and let your whole system settle.
After that, we gather around the table.
Dark Arts Rebel Kitchen will be serving a vibrant plant-based Indian street food brunch - creative, flavour-packed dishes that definitely don’t play it safe.
Move a little.
Rest deeply.

Everything we serve - on the mat and on the plate - is 100% vegan and made with care.
Bring your yoga mat and anything that helps you rest comfortably (blankets, eye pillows, cosy layers).
Sliding-scale pricing: pay what feels right.
