19th Annual Clinic Classic 5k and 1-mile Run/Walk

The 2026 Clinic Classic will be held April 25 at 8:00 AM

The Clinic Classic offers a USATF-certified 5K course that winds through Camden’s beautiful historic district. There is a 1-mile run/walk too.

Get out and become a part of a medical mission in your backyard!

All proceeds from the race benefit the Community Medical Clinic (CMC) of Kershaw County, a primary care-free clinic serving as a medical home to the uninsured and underserved of Kershaw County.

The Clinic Classic Challenge is back!
KCSD elementary and middle schools are competing for a $500 prize—one winner from each level. Winners are determined by the highest participation percentage based on school enrollment.

As you register, don’t forget to vote by selecting your KCSD elementary or middle school—your choice counts toward the $500 Clinic Classic Challenge prize.

Encourage students, parents, friends, guardians, grandparents, siblings, teachers, administrators, and support staff to join in and vote. Every registration helps your school rise to the top!

Prize funds will be used at the principal’s discretion. Online registration only.

Location: The race begins and ends at Lyttleton Street United Methodist Church (LSUMC), 1206 Lyttleton Street, Camden, SC

Packet Pick-up : Race packets can be picked up at the Community Medical Clinic (110C East DeKalb Street ): on Thursday, April 23, and Friday, April 24, from 4PM-6:30PM or at LSUMC on race day at 7:00 am.

Awards: 5K awards will go to the top male and female participants and runners of all age groups.

Post Race: After the race, stay for refreshments and raffle prizes. An award ceremony will follow the race.
