Grappling with the Loss Open Mat for Veterans

Come join us for a special jiu-jitsu open mat event dedicated to veterans who are grappling with loss. This event is a great opportunity to connect with fellow veterans, share stories, and get some rolls in. Whether you're a seasoned jiujitsu player or just starting out, all veterans are welcome to attend. The event will take place at 17150 Via Del Campo Ct ste 306, so mark your calendars and get ready for a day of camaraderie and support. We look forward to seeing you there!

There will be a guided 90 minute open mat followed by a 90 minute peer led support group for any veterans that want to participate and talk about any losses they've experienced. The main topic will be suicide loss.
