Day II:πŸ“… Date: Saturday, June 20, 2026⏰ Time: 12:00 AM – 6:00 PMπŸ“ Location: Usually held at St. Nicholas Avenue, (between 141st & 145th Street)

Here's how you can register:

Early Bird Includes Free Rentals (Ends April 20th):

  • Retail Vendors: $80
  • Food Vendors: $125
  • Propane/Fuel Fee (if using gasoline or propane): $50 additional fee
  • Includes a 10x10 raw space.
  • This Early bird registration comes with Free Rental of one table, one tent and one chair (upon meeting necessary requirements). This is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Early Bird Vendor Space Only No Rentals Included (ENDS April 20th) (Ends April 20th)

  • Retail Vendors: $80
  • Food Vendors: $125
  • Propane/Fuel Fee (if using gasoline or propane): $50 additional fee
  • Includes a 10x10 raw space only.
  • NO free rentals are included with this registration. If you need a table, chair, or tent, you can scroll down and select rentals to add to your order. You are also welcome to bring your own table, chair, and tent.

FOOD TRUCK/TRAILER VENDOR REGISTRATION

  • Food Vendor: $250.00 (Note: Additional fees may apply for anyone using Gas Cooking equipment or Kerosine)

Standard Registration (After April 20th):

  • Retail Vendor: $100
  • Food Vendor: $150.00 (Note: Additional fees will apply for anyone using Gas Cooking equipment or Kerosine)
  • Propane/Fuel Fee (if using gasoline or propane): $50 additional fee
  • Includes a 10x10 space.
  • NO FREE rentals are included.
  • Paid rentals for tables, chairs, and tents are available for a fee through the Eventbrite registration page.

Important Vendor Requirements
Permits: All food vendors must provide:
  • DOHMH Temporary Food Service Establishment Permit
  • Valid Food Handlers Certificate
  • Food vendors using gasoline or propane: Additional $50 fee.

Cooking Regulations
Day 2 – St. Nicholas Avenue (Street Festival)
  • Burners must be fully wrapped in aluminum foil.
  • Bring your own fire extinguisher.
  • Grilling is allowed with a lid; burners may also be used.
  • If using charcoal, you must remove your ashes after the event.
  • Styrofoam plates are banned β€” use eco-friendly alternatives.

How to Register
  1. Choose your category (Food Vendor, Retail Vendor, Sponsor, Social Services, etc.).
  2. Select rental equipment (if needed) and add it to your order.
  3. Complete registration by May 1st if rentals are required.
  4. After approval, help promote the festival by sharing digital flyers and event info!

Media / Press Registration

Register under MEDIA PRESS TICKET. Confirmation will be sent after approval.

Activity Specialists: Teaching/coaching in specific activities (dance, arts, sports, etc.).

Cultural Information Tabling: Festival performers only – promote your culture and recruit audiences.
