Time: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

📍 Location: Usually held at St. Nicholas Avenue, (between 141st & 145th Street) Harlem, NY. 10030

Vendors Registration:

Are you interested in selling your products at our event?


Early Bird Includes Free Rentals (Ends April 20th):
  • Retail Vendors: $80
  • Food Vendors: $125
  • If using gasoline or propane there will be a $50 additional fee
  • Includes a 10x10 raw space.
  • This Early bird registration comes with Free Rental of one table, one tent and one chair (upon meeting necessary requirements). This is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Early Bird Vendor Space Only No Rentals Included (ENDS April 20th)
  • Retail Vendors: $80
  • Food Vendors: $125
  • If using gasoline or propane there will be a $50 additional fee
  • Includes a 10x10 raw space only.
  • NO free rentals are included with this registration. If you need a table, chair, or tent, you can scroll down and select rentals to add to your order. You are also welcome to bring your own table, chair, and tent.

FOOD TRUCK/TRAILER VENDOR REGISTRATION
  • Food Vendor: $250.00
  • If using gasoline or propane there will be a $50 additional fee

Standard Registration (After April 20th):
  • Retail Vendor: $100
  • Food Vendor: $150.00
  • If using gasoline or propane there will be a $50 additional fee
  • Includes a 10x10 space.
  • NO FREE rentals are included.
  • Tables, chairs, and tents are available for a rental fee. Payable through the Eventbrite Registration Page.

Important Vendor Requirements
Permits: All food vendors must provide:
  • DOHMH Temporary Food Service Establishment Permit
  • Valid NYC Department of Health (DOHMH) Food Protection Certificate
  • If using gasoline or propane there will be a $50 additional fee

Retail Vendors, Social Services, Government, Activity Specialists & Cultural Booths
  • Must provide a EIN number, start and end date.

Cooking Regulations
  • Burners must be fully wrapped in aluminum foil.
  • Grilling is allowed with a lid; burners may also be used.
  • If using charcoal, you must remove your ashes after the event.
  • Styrofoam plates are banned — use eco-friendly alternatives.
  • Gas cooking is allowed with a maximum of 10 pounds (additional fees apply).
  • Vendors must provide their own approved generator and fire extinguisher.
  • No electricity or open propane flames permitted.

How to Register
  1. Choose your category (Food Vendor, Retail Vendor, Sponsor, Social Services, etc.).
  2. Select rental equipment (if needed) and add it to your order.
  3. Complete registration by May 1st if rentals are required.
  4. After approval, help promote the festival by sharing digital flyers and event info!



OTHER REGISTRATION TYPES

Activity Specialists :(For dance, art or cultural workshops etc.) Includes 10x10 space + free tent, table, and chair (if requirements are met).


Media / Press Registration

Register under MEDIA PRESS TICKET. Confirmation will be sent after approval.

Social Services, Government, & Cultural Booths: Includes a 10x10 raw space (no rentals). Complete your specific application to participate.

Social Services: Agencies offering direct services (e.g., child welfare, youth programs, shelters).

Cultural Information Tabling: (Festival performers only) – promote your programs and recruit audiences.
