In its 17th year, Scoop is an annual ice cream festival where attendees sample flavors from local ice cream shops and vote on their favorites. The event also offers fun kid activities and features a Human Sundae event at 1:00 pm.

Scoop is part of the annual Chambersfest activities that run from July 11-18, 2026. Scoop proceeds benefit the Greater Chambersburg Chamber Foundation.
