El Centro will celebrate its 30th year of service to the Houston community through its 17th Annual Making a Difference Luncheon with proceeds being utilized to provide affordable, high-quality primary care for adults and pediatrics, dental, women’s health, and behavioral health services for underserved and uninsured individuals and families throughout Houston's East End and surrounding communities.
