Special Talk – Kevin Husell (Netlight): “Street-smart Change Management – Turning Doubters into Believers”

Kevin is an Organisational Coach with 10+ years of experience who has led business-critical development in fast-paced, complex multisite projects onsite and remotely. He is an Agile enthusiast with hands-on experience working in high-pressure environments in sectors like pensions, e-charging, quantum computing and aviation. Kevin’s way of working is characterised by his human- and goal-oriented mindset together with a unique combination of people and technical skills.

In his talk, Kevin explains why the emotional journey plays a crucial role in any change process and how you can use the Netlight Street-smart Formula and the Change Formula to drive change more successfully. He shares practical tips on how to engage teams, align leaders, and create sustainable results – and how skepticism can turn into genuine enthusiasm.
