Spring arrives in small moments — a texture, a colour that surprises you, something that starts as one thing and becomes another. This workshop uses clay as its anchor: a hands-on invitation to slow down, pay attention, and let your hands lead the way. Through guided creative practices and expressive arts, we'll explore what it means to be present in the making.

Expressive Arts workshops offer an open space to create, express and explore. Using different media, such as visual arts, sculpture, reflective writing, and gentle movement, it is an invitation to tune in. No experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to play.

What to Expect:

• High sensitivity, low skill approach — no artistic experience required
• A supportive, non-judgmental space for creative exploration
• An introduction to Expressive Arts; you'll leave with a piece you've created
• All materials provided — simply bring yourself
