Brenda Garcia, MS, RDN, and Health & Wellness Manager for United Supermarkets, is tackling one of the most popular and haunting topics in all of women’s health: sustainable weight loss. She’ll be unpacking practical techniques for not only losing weight but keeping it off in modern times — and explaining why it’s so difficult. Also joining us is Kristine Isaacson, R.Ph., PharmD., and Owner/Operator of Kitch Pharmacy here in Lubbock. Kristine will discuss osteoporosis and osteopenia prevention and treatment.
