Greetings Friends and Family. Please come out to what promises to be an epic motorcycle event here in sunny San Diego. Our brothers and sisters of Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association® Chapter 33-1 are putting on our 13th Annual Stand Up Ride (SUR) on 18 April 2026 at the Escondido Elks Lodge. We call it the Stand Up Ride as it is organized to help raise critical funding for veterans who may not be able to stand on their own. We work to stand up on their behalf.This event is recognized as one of the premier motorcycle events in San Diego County. We are working on a slightly different route this year that will take you through the twisty and mountainous roads of East County; stopping at some of our member’s favorite spots. Although it is a motorcycle event, anyone can participate. Jukebox will be DJing your favorite tunes, there are several choices for food, onsite vendors selling various wares and services, a bad ass 50/50 as well as at least 100 raffle baskets donated by friends of our chapter and our chapter members.

What is a bit unique about our event is most of these organizations are there at the end of this event to receive their presentation check, so you can actually see where your money is going at the end of this fundraiser.
Lastly, if you know anyone who is willing to donate goods/services/donations in kind, please send them our way. We are a 501(c)19 nonprofit and 100% of those donations are tax deductible (up to 60% of the donating company’s gross earnings).
