Easy R Equine Rescue presents its 13th Annual Heroes for Horses fundraising event the evening of Friday, September 26th, 2025 at 6:30 PM. This is our biggest fundraiser of the year for Easy R Equine Rescue. All proceeds go directly to the costs of rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming the horses that come to Easy R. The event will be held at the Frazier Alumni Pavilion on the Texas Tech campus. We are excited to have Matt and Katy Rush as our guest hosts. Matt and Katy both have careers in the western world and will bring liveliness and humor to the event. Rusty Durham will be the live auctioneer and he said he likes to smash goals, so get ready to bid! Lubbock musical artists Hannah Jackson, Cary Banks, and Steve Williams will be providing wonderful entertainment throughout the evening. You will have great shopping opportunities in both the silent and live auctions, as well as the chance to win raffle prizes and door prizes. Our goal this year is $75,000!
Ticket prices are: $50 for adults (ages 13 and over); $35 for children (ages 12 and under). A reserved table of 8 tickets can be purchased for a discounted price of $300. The ticket link is provided on the event link.
