This event features a gourmet brunch prepared by the Texas Tech RHIM Program, smoked prime rib Executive Chef, Skyview's, Blade and Tine - Kristi Clem - Parfait Bar, Atomic Pizza - Mimosa and Bloody Mary Bar, Coffee Bar, Live Music featuring Jere Lowe and Steve Fillip, and a fabulous silent auction.
