Bubbles and Beginnings- Wine Club Dinner Menu ($100 per person):

• Start Your Evening with an Espresso Martini
• Grilled Sourdough with Truffle Butter
• Winter Truffle Cappellacci Parmesan Fonduta, Sage-Brown Butter | Paired with Lux Chardonnay
• Bordelaise Glazed Filet Medallions and a Chilean Snow Crab Cake Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Asparagus, Classic Remoulade | Paired with Cooper's Hawk Exclusive December Wine of the Month: Hygge Cabernet
• White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Roasted White Chocolate and Freeze-Dried Raspberry Crumble, Chambord-Berry Sauce | Paired with Raspberry Sparkling

Note: Additional drinks or cocktails not on the event menu may be purchased. Wine pairings may be substituted with select wines on our wine list.

Wine Club Pairing Dinner is hosted on Monday, December 30 @ 7:00PM. Reservation includes tax and gratuity.

• Wine Club Guests must be 21+
• Event reservations close 48 hours prior
• You will be seated with other guests during this dinner, since that's the fun of it!
