Arancini- Fried risotto balls stuffed with basil and mozzarella over a pool of marinara with pesto
Scallops- wrapped in prosciutto, grilled, and served over creamy saffron sauce
Oysters- Baked with leeks, parmesan and bacon
Octopus- Grilled and topped with capote capers and lemon over creamy polenta
Crostini- Goat cheese and fig jam with pistachios and hot honey drizzle

Pistachio-crusted Halibut- Baked and served over orzo pasta with roasted tomatoes and pesto sauce
Filetto di Manzo- Two 3 oz Filet Medallions stacked with crispy potatoes over baby spinach, topped with a mushroom gorgonzola cream sauce
