Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a deep guided meditation that can relieve stress, clear the subconscious and open the door to physical and emotional healing. A sound bath is like “bathing in sound waves”. The waves are produced by various tools such as crystal bowls, drums, chimes, etc. Sound is a beautiful energy medicine that can deepen relaxation and promote physical and emotional healing.
Bring a yoga mat. Wear comfortable clothing. Each student will receive a card of intention they pull from a deck and a crystal.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
Sam is a yoga teacher, Reiki master and IET 1 practitioner with a bachelors degree in psychology. After a back injury and a life changing trip to Bali, she realized that the mind-body connection was exactly what she needed to begin healing from the pain and grief that was holding her back in life. This healing journey led her to completing her 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2018. Sam loves to teach all levels vinyasa, slow flow, and Yoga Nidra meditation. Her intention is to create a safe environment for you to be comfortable just as you are, so that you feel free to express yourself through movement, breath and/or emotion. In her classes you can expect breathwork, mindful movement, visualization and a blissful savasana.
