11.1 PORTAL: a sacred reset

Join us for an intentional 111 portal manifestation session created to move you from movement into stillness with yoga+sound+energy healing!
About this Event

11/1 is a threshold.

A moment to pause, release what has completed its purpose, and consciously step into what is next.

This experience begins in the body with a grounding yin yoga practice and transition from savasana into an immersive sound healing session. Reiki will be offered throughout the whole experience. We are creating space to listen inwardly and reconnect with the wisdom that has been there all along.

You don’t have to become someone new. You simply have to return to yourself.

Manifestation + Intention + Integration

We’ll create space to release what no longer belongs, receive what is ready to arrive, and remember the wisdom already within you.

The experience will include:

+Intention setting

+Guided yin yoga

+Guided meditation

+Reiki energy healing

+Sound healing

+Closing ritual

There will be time for community + connection. You will also be sent home with a journaling + integration follow up.

Come exactly as you are <3

Bring a yoga mat (or use one of ours), water, and anything that helps you feel comfortable during stillness (blanket, pillow, eye mask, etc.)

Release. Receive. Remember.

You don’t have to find your way back to yourself. You simply have to become still enough to remember.
