Floating Sound Bath

Join Ari the 3rd Friday of each month for an aerial sound bath experience.

Beginning with a few gentle hammock stretches to decompress the body led into a guided mediation to set intention for evening and calm the mind followed with soothing frequencies of healing instruments surrounding you while you relax in an aerial hammock.
