Used for centuries by indigenous cultures, cacao is known for its ability to deepen meditation, enhance focus, and promote emotional healing. You'll sip this magical elixir in a guided meditation that will open your heart and align your intentions with the universe.
Reiki-Infused Sound Bath: Immerse yourself in healing vibrations as we weave Reiki healing energy with the harmonic frequencies of crystal bowls, drums, chimes and other healing instruments. This deeply relaxing session will help you release blockages, enhance your intuitive abilities, and elevate your consciousness.
How to Prepare: Please drink plenty of water before the event and dress comfortably in layers. We encourage you to refrain from eating for two hours before the event or eat lighter if needed. We will provide a yoga mat and blanket, and we invite you to bring water, a pillow and anything else you may need to ensure you feel completely relaxed and comfortable during the event as you will be laying down for over an hour. You may also wish to bring an eye mask and journal & pen. Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled.
