11/11 Wellness Wednesdays x CASA ellevate

Casa Elevate takes over the Pershing courtyard for a Wellness Wednesday built around movement, community, and a little 11/11 magic. The night opens with a run/walk alongside Sweatyfriends, then settles into a full Pilates session led by the Casa Elevate team with the torches lit and the lights strung overhead. Sound bowls close out the programming and bring everyone back down. In between, a curated wellness market runs all evening with reiki, ceremonial cacao, massage, and more vendors still being added. Bring a mat, bring a friend, and come early to make the most of the market. All levels welcome.
