11-11 : Immersive Sound Bath

Join the general public for an in-person immersive sound bath in Vero Beach with Joseph & Megan Adams of Soul Tide Sound.

At the center of the evening is a 62-inch Water Gong, one of the largest gongs on the East Coast. Its rolling waves of sound move through the room and body, inviting the mind to quiet and the body to relax. The event features one of Florida’s largest professional sound setups, including the Water Gong and five additional gongs, quartz crystal infused singing bowls, a nine-bowl set of Alchemy crystal singing bowls, chimes, and more than 30 other instruments. Surround yourself with a therapeutic session of calming sounds and vibrations as two experienced practitioners give you one hour of premiere relaxation. Studied benefits of sound therapy include better sleep, lowered inflammation, decreased stress, and a lasting sense of calm.

Lie back, get comfortable, and listen for an hour of rest and renewal. No experience is needed.

Please arrive early to get settled. The doors close once the sound begins so everyone can listen undisturbed. This is a fragrance-free event; please avoid perfume, cologne, aftershave, and other strong scents to help guests who may be sensitive to them.
