Golden Hour is that fleeting, golden-lit moment when everything softens—light, breath, and time itself. In this workshop, we’ll move through that same arc: from vibrant energy to deep stillness and restoration.We’ll begin with a 45-minute, intelligently sequenced vinyasa flow—slow, steady and powerful enough to build heat and presence. From there, we transition into 30 minutes of Yin or restorative postures to release fascia, quiet the body and invite ease. The journey ends with a 30-minute immersive sound bath, bathing the nervous system in vibration, clarity and deep rest.
