Food Vendor- 20 by 30 space, two 6 foot table, 4 chairs, 2 free admission to lunch & learn, “State of Black Business Panel and Lunch” (these spots are limited and for people who will be preparing food and serving cooked food on site. This does not include cottage or pre packaged food. Those individuals are regular vendors. It is required to get your MOA temp food permit and submit your menu by 1/15/2025. Please contact us PRIOR to paying to be this type of vendor)

Other Important Info:

(For a sponsorship levels that have multiple tables, you are able to invite another business or organization to utilize one of your full tables, however, only one business or organization, will receive the additional advertising perks as the sponsor)

If you are signing up to sell food, you are required to check with the municipality of Anchorage health Department to determine if you need an additional food permit by calling 907-343-4200. Failure to show proof that you have obtained your municipality of Anchorage food permit by January 25, 2023 will result in you not being able to participate in this event. Food trucks are not permitted and food space is limited

Food vendors can set up as early as 9 AM and non-food vendors can set up as early as 10 AM. Please use the parking lot located below the museum and come in through the seventh Avenue entrance. There will be a check in booth to tell you where to go.

We are also seeking calls for proposals for speakers until 1/01/2025.
