What to Expect:
This dynamic workshop will guide you through 108 Sun Salutations, building strength, flexibility, and energy in both body and mind. As we flow, we’ll activate Prana (life force energy), creating an experience that goes beyond the physical and connects us to our true essence.
Our 60-70 minute class offers modifications for all levels, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and rejuvenating practice. With breaks and active yoga poses, the session is accessible to everyone—so come as you are, and bring your intentions for the year ahead.
