'Connecting through Communities of Practice: Next steps in Community Ph*rm*cy'
Info: This year, we invite members to join us for a short session before the AGM. During this session you will hear how a group of early-career pharmacists have come together through the Ph*rm*cy Forum to form a Community of Practice: sharing experiences, learning from one another and supporting their peers.
The Forum will also explore what it could look like to expand this approach across the profession, starting with community Ph*rm*cy, and how you can get involved by considering what might be possible in your own area of practice.
No preparation required — just come along, meet colleagues and hear what’s happening.
This will commence at 6:30pm, followed by the AGM at 7:15pm.
