Sofiane Pamart, ‘France’s rebel pianist’, will be showing us on 10 July why he has become one of the most streamed classical musicians in the world. In addition to his own neo-classical compositions, he has also been involved in a wide number of collaborative efforts, like the one with Arno (on Vivre) and with rap artists from France and Belgium. The French phenomenon touches listeners’ hearts with fluent piano playing which alludes to hiphop, Chopin, jazz, poetry and adventure alike. That same day, singer-songwriter Asaf Avidan is set to explore all of his vocal colours in a solo set packed with intimate and layered serenades.
