A Faith filled Mat Pilates class with Christ-centered music designed to support and encourage women during pregnancy and postpartum. Includes an opening devotional gentle, low-impact mat Pilates flow that is intentional, uplifting, and tailored to the unique needs of motherhood. Community building with other moms, Connection with Maternity health professionals.
Whether you're preparing for birth, rebuilding strength after delivery, or simply seeking a peaceful moment to reconnect with God and your body, this class offers a welcoming space for movement, prayer, and community.
-Suitable for most stages of pregnancy and postpartum recovery
-Focus on breathwork, core awareness, pelvic floor support, mobility, and gentle strengthening
-Christ-centered music & encouragement throughout

This class is designed for women experiencing healthy pregnancies and uncomplicated postpartum recoveries. Participants with conditions such as placenta previa, preeclampsia, cervical insufficiency, significant pelvic pain, bleeding, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any condition that restricts exercise should obtain medical clearance and follow the guidance of their healthcare provider.
Participation is voluntary, and all exercises should be modified or stopped if discomfort or concerning symptoms occur.
