A full-day workshop on how our old memories affect our thoughts, behaviour, moods, personality and health. Also to discuss what the Buddha teaches about this. Several guided meditative sittings will be used to look more closely at our experiences.
Ven Radha's Bio
Before becoming a monk, Venerable Radha was an engineer from Malaysia who embraced life fully while seeking deeper meaning. Encountering Ajahn Brahm's teachings at retreats, he found a path to wisdom. Just before his 50th birthday, he left his former life to begin his monastic life at Bodhinyana Buddhist Monastery, where he remains today.
