About this Event
1-day Meditation Retreat with Bhante Seelananda
Introspection through Serenity
Date: Sat 25 Jul 2026
Time: 9am-5pm
Venue: Buddhist Fellowship
Introspection is possible only through serenity. Throughout the day, we want to practise guided walking and sitting meditation according to the schedule, including a short Dhamma Talk. Once concentration is developed to some extent, we practise introspection as insight. In this manner, we observe the six sense bases and their concomitant factors, as well as the mental process to understand and realize the real nature of this psychosomatic existence.
