oin for a monthly $5 community yoga class where all are welcome to come and breathe freely.This class is open to all levels, beginners or seasoned students (memberships are not applicable to this class).
Please register in advance, and also please remove your name from the roster if you are unable to attend.
Please bring a dish to share after the class for a community supper if you would like to participate! We will provide a dish as well so everyone will be welcome to eat whether you prepare something or not.
A portion of the money collected will go to a local organization supporting recovering addicts or those experiencing homelessness
