๐๏ธ Choose Your Challenge: We know everyone is at a different place in their fitness journey. This year, we are offering two paths:
The Full "Murph": 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and another 1-mile run (with or without a vest).
The Strength Whiteboard: Not feeling the high-volume cardio? No problem. We will have a dedicated strength-based workout on the whiteboard for those who want to get a lift in without the miles.
๐ How to Sign Up
To keep things running smoothly,
1. Register: Sign up via the app for your normal class time.
2. Commit: Once you arrive, just let your coach know if you are tackling the Murph or the Strength workout.
๐ What to Bring:
-Plenty of water and electrolytes.
-Your weight vest (if you're going RX).
-A "never quit" attitude.
