Kidsfest is back! Feel confident on the ice, and have fun doing it at our popular $13 Beginner Ice Skating Lesson Sessions (includes skate hire!).
Great for beginner skaters who wish to learn some of the basics of how to ice skate on a quieter public session with extra staff on ice to assist. Beginner Sessions run Wednesdays & Sundays during the school holidays,12.30pm - 1.30pm
Wednesdays, 8 & 15 July

Helmets can be hired free of charge or bring your own bicycle helmet from home to wear on the ice. All skaters must wear a helmet when on the ice.
All ages and abilities are welcome. It's a great time to practice on quieter ice with the lights on and you can do your own thing or participate in the casual beginner lesson.
We encourage parents to join in with younger children especially children under 5 years. Sessions are suitable for ages 4+years.
These are "lower sensory" sessions, with no disco, moving lights or background music.
$9 Skate Helper Frames available to hire to assist, these are discouraged from being used in the lesson but you're welcome to hire them for before and after the lesson or if not taking part in the lesson.
We recommend wearing warm clothing, gloves and warm hats encouraged
