🎨 Paint the Town – Gateshead - Pints for Participants! Paint the Town is a volunteer-led clean-up day run by Friends of Gateshead Town Centre, and we’re inviting locals to help give the High Street a well-deserved glow-up.
With permission from business owners, we’ll be:
🖌 Painting over graffiti
🪟 Freshening up shutters
🌼 Adding some colour to neglected corners
🤝 Bringing back pride in our place
No experience needed, just good energy and old clothes!
We’ll provide paint, brushes, music, and brews.
🎶 Tunes on the go
☕️ Tea breaks + a well-earned pint for volunteers
🧤 Gloves and rollers provided (but bring your own if you’ve got them)
📣 Are you a business or building owner?
Message us to give permission for us to paint your shutters or tidy up your frontage.
Let’s brighten up the town, one brushstroke at a time 🎨✨
