🪷 Join me for Sisters of the Moon Gentle Yoga & Mindful Sounds Sunday! 🪷
✨ We will have a relaxing evening with gentle movement, mindfulness, cooling breath work, and calming sound frequency. 🧘🏻‍♀️ We will also end the evening with a calming tea. ☕️
✨This is an all levels class and a perfect way to end your weekend and begin the following week! 🪷✌🏼💜✨
✨The donation is $33 and includes movement, sound, and a relaxing tea to end the evening. Please RSVP via private message as space is limited. 🙏🏼

✨Betty Mae is the teacher for this event & also the founder of Sisters of the Moon. She’s studied ancient wisdom of mindfulness, meditation, sound healing, psychology, astrology, pranayama, reiki, and yoga for more than a decade now! She’s even traveled as far as Thailand, Greece, Germany, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, and Puerto Rico for her studies. She is a certified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Coach and a certified yoga teacher, as well as beginner certified in sound healing & reiki healing. She also has a degree in psychology, counseling, human services, & social work. ❤️‍🩹 She is an Alternative & Holistic Medicine Woman, Mindfulness Coach, Sound Healer Practitioner, Advocate & Host of Sacred Healing Ceremonies with Spiritual Retreats & Women’s Circles!✌🏼💜✨
