Take charge of diabetes—without giving up the life you love. This trusted, evidence-based workshop helps people with diabetes or pre-diabetes build the skills and confidence to manage their health day-to-day. Instead of more “do this/don’t do that” rules, you’ll get real-world strategies, support, and guidance that make healthy choices easier.
Research shows that participants experience lasting improvements in mood, energy, communication with healthcare providers, healthy eating, and overall confidence—benefits that continue even 12 months after completing the program.
Over six highly interactive weeks, you and fellow participants (including family members) will learn up-to-date diabetes information, create weekly action plans, share experiences, and help solve common challenges. The focus is practical, encouraging, and empowering.
