Meditation for kids is a skillful way to support our children’s well-being!
Hello everyone, (the Buddhist Monk -Tenzin Gawa (Jason) spontanous), Lobsang Yeshema and some volunteer teachers and friends will help your children with this workshop.
Our meditation session is to help children have a good time to refresh and calm their mind as well as develop positive behaviours to be more confident in their daily life.
The begining levels are about three sessions in three months wiht different programs:
Session 1. The Buddha and The Dharma in February 23rd, 2025
Session 2. The Sangha in March 30th, 2025
Session 3. The Three Jewels in April 20th, 2025
Each event is about:
Welcoming and practicing meditation
Concepts’ explanation (recess 5 minutes)
Storytelling (each event has different story)
Questions & Answers section (recess) 10 minutes
Activity (games and/or arts and crafts)
Meditation with singing bowls, ting sha..
Homework...
