Kari’s vinyasa-style classes blend movement, breath, and just the right amount of challenge, with touches of Pilates and sculpt to keep things interesting. Expect accessible variations for beginners, fun options for seasoned yogis, and a relaxed vibe that doesn’t take itself too seriously — it is yoga in a brewery, after all.
