Birmingham is the undisputed birthplace of heavy metal, and it’s time to raise a glass to the ultimate Prince of Darkness. On Wednesday, 22nd July, the coven gathers at Merlin’s Café Bar to mark the anniversary of Ozzy Osbourne’s passing and celebrate the monumental legacy he left behind. ☠️🖤
We are turning the volume all the way up to eleven for an entire day (and throughout the weekend) dedicated to everything Ozzy and everything Black Sabbath. From the heavy, doom-laden riffs of the early Aston days to his wildest solo anthems, we are honoring the music that shaped our entire world.

Our speakers will be blasting a non-stop, curated tribute of heavy metal history:
Classic Black Sabbath: The heavy hitters that started it all (Paranoid, Iron Man, War Pigs).
The Deep Cuts: The raw Ozzy-era tracks that defined a generation.
Solo Ozzy: The high-octane stadium anthems (Crazy Train, Bark at the Moon, No More Tears).

To keep the heavy metal family fueled, the bar and kitchen will be firing on all cylinders:
HEADLESS BAT COCKTAIL: A dark, theatrical potion conjured up for the man himself.
