🕕 Check-In & Start Time:
Painting begins promptly at 6:00 PM. Please arrive early to check in, grab your boba, and get seated with your group.
⛔ Guests arriving more than 30 minutes late will not be admitted and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

All ticket sales are final unless the event is fully canceled and there is no rescheduled date.
If you can’t attend:
You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, or
Gift your ticket to a friend (they’ll need the purchaser’s name at check-in)
Reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the event cannot be accommodated.
