📍 Perry County Community Lake Trail (~3.5 miles)

Step off the mat and onto the trail with On The Path, a guided hiking and yoga experience designed to help you move, breathe, and connect with both nature and community.
We will begin with a gentle warm-up, head out on a moderate 3.5 mile hike with mindful movement and pauses along the way, and close with a grounding stretch and rest.
Jen will guide the yoga and mindfulness, and Larry will join us along the trail, sharing his knowledge of the landscape, local plants, and whatever we discover along the way.
📍 Getting There:
• Meet at Amity Yoga at 8:00 AM to carpool (recommended)
• Or meet at the trailhead at 9:00 AM (exact location coming soon)
• We will leave Amity by 8:15 AM.
🌿 What to Expect:
• A moderate hike of about 3.5 miles
• Mindful movement and yoga woven throughout
• Space to slow down, breathe, and take it all in
• Optional time to hang out after. Feel free to bring a picnic and stay awhile
🎒 What to Bring:
Water, comfortable walking or hiking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, an outdoor-friendly yoga mat or towel, sunscreen, bug spray, and snacks or a picnic lunch

🌧 Weather Plan:
If the weather does not cooperate, we will still gather at Amity at 9:00 AM for a grounding practice together. No cancellations needed.

All are welcome. Just be sure you feel comfortable walking about 3.5 miles at a steady, moderate pace.
