With Pancake Day landing on 17th February, I thought - why not get your body pancake-ready a little early?
On Sunday 15th February, I’m hosting a special Pancake Stretch Workshop, focusing on middle splits & pancake stretch.
This 90-minute open-level workshop is designed to safely and effectively deepen your flexibility, improve middle splits, and build strength to support long-term progress - whether you’re a complete beginner or already working towards a flat pancake.
